Download and modify the example announcement with your group meeting activity information, discussion points and learning objectives. Distribute this to group members once the application has been approved. 

Follow guidance on page 1 to complete page 2 of the peer review document. Download the example if you need additional guidance.

All application packet materials must be submitted at least 2 months prior to your group meeting date and times for CE application approval.
